Your treatments are reserved especially for YOU! I truly value your business and ask that you respect mine and follow the studio's policies below! Thank you for your continued love and support!

Please make sure to confirm your appointment via the confirmation Text/Email messages sent out by Square. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me by text message as soon as possible so I can fill the spot immediately.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum notification of 48 hours in advance of your originally scheduled appointment.  You will be charged a $50 fee for less than 48 hours of notice.

You will be charged 100% of the service if less than 24 hours of notice is given. Any fees incurred must be paid in full before you can come to your next appointment.

If your appointment isn't cancelled within the appropriate time frame you will be charged a fee. If you have canceled multiple appointments back-to-back, we will need to have a conversation to reassess your future appointments to ensure we are a good fit.

If the DMV is under a weather advisory/warning and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may cancel within the 24-hour window at no charge. Please text message me as soon as possible. Additionally, in the event of inclement weather, GIVING Massage & Wellness reserves the right to close and cancel appointments for the day for the safety of both my guests and myself. 

Traffic has always been a nightmare here in the DMV. The pandemic has brought so many more people to our area and has made it even worse. Please make sure to check with Waze, Google Maps, whichever app you use to confirm your travel time, even if you live close by. If you are late due to traffic, it will cut into your appointment time.
